What we collect. When you contact us, book a session, take an assessment, commission a report, or speak with Pythia (our AI assistant), we collect the information you provide: name, email, organization, role, and the substance of your inquiry. Voice conversations with Pythia are processed and transcribed to serve your request and improve our service.

How we use it. To respond to you, deliver what you've requested, schedule sessions, and — where you've asked for it — send you relevant materials. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who operate our infrastructure (scheduling, payments, voice processing, and website hosting), each bound to process it only on our behalf.

What clients share with us. Strategic information shared in engagements, assessments, or conversations is treated as confidential and is never used in other clients' work, published, or repurposed.

Retention & your choices. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to info@iramconsulting.ai.
